Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and must be returned with the original packaging.
2. Returns
To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used to purchase the product. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be processed to your credit card account. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
4. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products that are not returned with the original packaging
